We offer free 1st class Royal mail delivery within the UK. All orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. For an additional cost we can provide NEXT DAY delivery if ordering before 1pm Monday to Friday, cost will be calculated at checkout.
All orders will be subject to an additional postage fee which will be calculated at checkout. All international shipping orders will be tracked and you will receive a tracking information so you can see the status of the delivery. All orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day.

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason and wish to return it you have 30 days from the date of receiving it.
The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, with full content, unopened and undamaged.

We will then email a printable Royal Mail return label.
Once your parcel is ready take it to any Post Office, It will then be scanned and you will be given a postage receipt.
You must use the returns label that is provided, if you use a different carrier and the item gets lost or damaged in transit we will not be able to process your refund, we also will not cover the cost of postage via a different carrier.
Once the product has been received back and checked over we will process your refund within 48 hrs, please note you will be charged a return postage fee of £5.95.
You will then receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
If your item arrives damaged or with any content missing please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the order number and photos of the product, this will speed up the process of sending a replacement and will also allow us to report to our carrier on damage in transit.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Bespoke gift Refunds
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on Bespoke gifts, unless they are damaged on delivery, as they are personalised they cannot be resold.
All of our bouquets arrive fully assembled, gift wrapped, with a gift tag and message so that your bouquet is ready to be received.
None of our products have been pierced/damaged during production and all of the edible products have a minimum use by date of 30 days and we only use FULL SIZE BARS to ensure your chocolate experience is both delicious and satisfying.
